Hello :) I’m Vinny, a design leader who believes in blending strategy with creativity—while always finding ways to have fun. I don’t have much time for hobbies these days (parenting tends to win that battle), but I’m still a die-hard Eagles fan. I love a good game of Uno, and I try to squeeze in the occasional culinary creation for my dinner patrons, who range from age 5 to 70-something.

For the last six years, I’ve been at Amazon, leading UX and creative teams across global shopping, publishing, and reading experiences. In that time, I’ve:

• Scaled Design Systems — Built frameworks that keep design consistent, efficient, and customer-obsessed without losing creativity.

• Shipped AI-Driven Experiences — Partnered with product and engineering to launch innovative tools.

• Grew People & Teams — Mentored and promoted designers, supported career transitions into UX, and restructured my org to balance efficiency with creativity.

• Led Across Disciplines — Directed teams spanning UX, visual design, and brand, bringing strategy and storytelling together.
